Can you see the telephone numbers of callers?

No, these numbers are not displayed for reasons of integrity.

Does the code have to have four digits?

No, but this is the common format. Other combinations are also possible.

How are guide point numbers structured?

The guide points are almost always four digits. When you take out a subscription, you will receive a series, e.g. 0140-0149. Space is always saved where possible according to your series so that you can easily extend. In some cases, the English/German version - for example - may have five digits.

How are text messages charged?

Text messages are charged at a rate of SEK 0.60 each and appear on the subscription invoice. This is charged if anyone requests a text message and you use this function

How do I get a password for the extranet?

Send us a mail to info@onspotstory.com When you have done this, you will receive a mail containing the password and a username for the customer extranet. Then log on to the customer extranet and try out all the functions. Try to dial in, view your calls, etc.

How do I get started with the Swedish 0771 27 27 00 number or the Norweigan 53 00 12 00?

This is included automatically in your Swedish or Norwegian subscription. All you have to do is start using the number once the system is set up.

How do I set up the contents of the text message?

Mail us the text and we will set it up for you.

How do I view statistics for my calls?

Log on to the customer extranet and click on the Statistics link. Your calls will then be displayed in a table and diagram.

How do I view the video lessons?

You can log on to our customer extranet once you have become a customer. There is a video instruction link for every menu option on the customer extranet. The instruction files are short and linked to every element. The video lessons include both sound and images

How is the system maintained and backed up?

Regularly. All data systems are located in data halls with the very best security and operation.

Is there a manual? And how do I get hold of it?

There is a manual, and you will be sent a copy when you take out a subscription.

It is possible to build a menu system with multiple levels?

Yes, it is possible to build a menu system with multiple levels, controlled by questions and button presses as responses.

What does taking out a subscription involve?

'This means that you undertake to use the service for 12 months. The subscription is a monthly charge which you pay every 6 or 12 months. Normally have to cancel three months before the end of the subscription period, otherwise the subscription is automatically extended for another 12 months.

What does training on the system involve?

This means that we work together to decide what you need from a course, and then a representative comes out to your site and runs a course on how to set up and use the customer extranet. Often half a day or a day will suffice.

What happens if the person calling has a hidden telephone number?

You can listen to a guide even if you have a hidden telephone number. But that said, the caller cannot opt to receive text messages. However, the caller will be told that this service is not working, and why. Both in Swedish and in English.

What is a freephone number?

A freephone number is an 020 number (or an 0200 number) which is free for the caller. The call recipient pays the charge. We can offer you the option of linking a freephone number to the service, but this is very unusual.

What is an Swedish 0771 number?

If you dial an 0771 number within Sweden, you will just pay the cost of a local call. When you dial an 0771 number from a mobile, the cost varies depending on which operator you are with. In other words, the caller pays for the call

What kind of statistics can I view for my calls?

Among other things, you can view statistics in diagrammatic form as follows: For any period: - Number of calls for all boxes or per box. - How calls are distributed over the course of a day. - How long people are listening for, per box or for all boxes.
